Tadiran iXtra Series lithium thionyl chloride (LiSOCl₂) batteries are engineered for applications requiring continuous current demand ranging from tenths to several milliamperes (mA).

iXtra Series batteries provide a stable voltage of 3.6 V and a high energy density of 730 Wh/Kg, enabling product miniaturization and extended operational life. These cells are optimized for consistent performance in demanding environments. Designed to withstand extreme environmental conditions, iXtra Series batteries operate reliably across the broadest temperature range in the industry (-80°C to +125°C). Their hermetically sealed construction ensures superior leak prevention compared to crimped seals, enhancing reliability for critical applications.
